Pohodniška pot vodi od vznožja najvišje gore Avstrije, Velikega Kleka, preko Narodnega parka Visoke Ture, mimo stičišča treh dežel Avstrije, Slovenije in Italije, skozi Dolino Soče in Triglavski narodni park, naprej do Jadranske obale in kraja Milje (Muggia).
